We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase from Luna Grace. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note that we accept returns. Please note that we do not issue refunds, however, we credit your purchase. This way you can use your credit for a future purchase or to exchange an item. We accept returns any time after your purchase, if it meets the following conditions;
- All exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving the confirmation email;
- All items must not have been worn;
- All items must be in their original packaging;
- For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time;
- Items can only be redeemed in the country where they were purchased.
ALL products purchased during promotions can NOT be refunded. In other words, any purchase made during promotion / discount is final sale.
For any return, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
